LISA LOWERY, PMI-RMP, PMP, CVS

Ms. Lowery, is the Founder of Adapt Construction. She has maintained a career focused on delivering exceptional projects, by applying industry best practices, performing Quality Assurance, Inspections, and Contract Compliance. Lisa has over 30 years in the building industry, 10 years in design, and has worked on projects valued at $25M. Her experience and success as a Quality Assurance Lead on challenging commercial/federal projects and recovery of litigated private projects allows her to understand multiple perspectives and balance needs. With Lisa’s well‐rounded background in construction, design, and owner advocacy, she brings a unique perspective to team function, design-build, constructability, and project outcomes. Through her extensive educational career at University of Illinois, UrbanaChampaign, Ms. Lowery obtained a BS in Architecture, a MS in Architecture, and then later, her MS in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Construction Management.

Mr. Lowery is an industry expert with over 30 years of proven construction and project management skills, working on projects valued at $150M. With his extensive experience, he swiftly understands the “big picture” of a project and can foresee and avoid potential problems, construction conflicts and delays. He is a clear communicator that can easily interact with regulatory agencies, clients, subcontractors, building users, and staff. Tom has worked on several high-profile sites in his extensive career, including the Brownfield Remediation Project and FEMA work.

JENNI HOWELL
Estimator, Project Manager
Ms. Howell is an industry expert with over 15 years of proven construction and project management skills working on projects valued at $50M. She has extensive knowledge of government and commercial construction along with 2 years of non‐profit, low-income housing experience. Jenni obtained her BS in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
